We are familiar with national, regional and local planning policies.
Currently we are working with a number of Planning Authorities to obtain statutory approvals. Once the development is assessed architects plus will undertake informal discussions with Local Authorities, where possible prior to submission under the Town and Country Planning Acts.
We will then monitor the application through various stages to the planning decision, negotiating any queries arising with Planning Officers and advising clients of their options and any appeal procedures if required.
